We will make every effort to maintain prices for the duration of the catalog, but we reserve the right to make price adjustments in response to manufacturer increases. We will also make every effort to supply you with the products listed in the catalog in accordance with the availability of products by the manufacturer.

If you have purchased a product that is defective or does not perform reasonably satisfactory we will provide you with a credit, exchange or refund in accordance with our return policy listed below.

Return Policy
To arrange for a return please contact our return department at 866-427-9729 ext#140. Return products must be authorized by AR Dental and insured to prevent from loss or damage. You must provide a return authorization number for all items you wish to return. No returns will be accepted with out a authorization number.

A return must meet the following criteria:

• All products must be returned in the their original container or package, in clean and resalable condition.
  
• All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice with a description of the problem or error.
• Items (including expired items) that is not returnable to the manufacturer and not returnable.
• Special order items (example: certain small equipment or products that we ordinarily do not stock) are not returnable.
• Shortages or any error in the shipment must be reported within 7 days of the invoice date in order to issue a credit.
• Returned products must have been received within the previous 14 days.

Payment policy
We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or C.O.D.
Terms for C.O.D: orders under $600 are subject to a standard $9 charge.

All orders paid with an American Express card must be shipped to the address on file with American express. If you don´t have your office address on file with American express please call them and add that address to your account.

Shipping Policy
Orders under $175 are subject to a handling charge of $4.95. this includes freight, except for additional carrier charges related to special delivery services and hazardous material shipments. Equipment orders may incur additional charges.
